Jan TomášMilošForman ( 18 February 1932 – 13 April 2018) was a Czech-American film director, screenwriter, actor, and professor who rose to fame in his native Czechoslovakia before emigrating to the United States in 1968.

May 11, 1997 – Cannes, France. Milos Forman, one of the big names in Hollywood, who won two Oscars for Best Director for One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Amadeus, and two Golden Globes died ond april 14, 2018 at age 86.
